Usually the battery pack is connected to the rectifier device for floating charge, and kept in a fully charged state, in case of emergency. The battery pack has been installed properly, completed the initial charge (Initial Charge) and recharged after the discharge test, it is added to the DC power supply system for use. However, after a period of use, lead-acid batteries are often prone to deterioration due to the shedding of active materials, corrosion of the positive electrode grid and sulfuration, and their capacity gradually decreases. In order to estimate the time that the battery pack can still supply power after the mains is interrupted, it is necessary to conduct a capacity (discharge) test regularly. The battery pack monitoring equipment (BNS-3000) provided by the company is a set of equipment that measures the battery current, terminal voltage, and the change of the internal resistance of the single battery under the state of battery discharge and charging, automatically obtains the test data and issues an alarm in time.


Main functions of BNS-3000 series:

1. The monitoring host is the main body of the monitoring equipment, which can monitor multiple battery packs at the same time.

2. The remaining capacity of the battery pack can be estimated and the quality of the battery can be evaluated through a short discharge of 5-10 minutes: it is convenient for the maintenance personnel of the computer room to understand the battery condition.

3. It has a variety of alarm functions: it can give an alarm in time and stop the discharge.

4. Monitor and record battery floating charge and charge and discharge conditions: Using BNS, you can save your troubles about test records. It will automatically aggregate the collected data into various test curves—characteristic comparison graph, total voltage curve, and each cell The voltage curve, voltage bar curve, cell internal resistance, memory data table, etc. are clear at a glance, and the test report is automatically generated and can be printed at any time.

5. The battery can be discharged for a long time by connecting BNS, and the actual capacity of each battery can be measured.

6. Simple operation, multiple battery packs can share a master control system.


Main features of BNS-3000 series:

1. Measurement function: It can measure and record the total voltage, total current, voltage of each cell, internal resistance and other conditions at any time (measurement time can be set).

2. It has the function of recording the period of floating charge: it can record the battery status during the floating charge, and make "equal charge" suggestions in a timely manner (external battery detector must be selected).

3. Abnormal warning: When the battery voltage, internal resistance and temperature are abnormal, an alarm will be issued.

4. The host can operate independently or build a platform with multiple stations.

5. The remaining capacity can be automatically calculated to provide the remaining capacity of the current battery pack.

6. The characteristic curve and characteristic comparison chart can be listed, and the quality of the battery can be judged.

7. Recording function: It can record the voltage, current, internal resistance and other information of the battery pack during the float charge and charge and discharge periods.


BNS-3000 series hardware and peripheral equipment:

1. Conduction band type current conduction type: This sensor can transmit the current data through the battery to the battery capacity monitor. (This sensor is assembled).

2. It has a loop to measure the voltage (0-16V) and internal resistance of a single battery.

3. It has a loop to measure the total voltage and total current of each battery pack.

4. Computer connection function: It can be connected to a computer, collect charging and discharging parameters, and perform battery performance evaluation and analysis. It can be connected to the power centralized monitoring network and has a remote monitoring function.

5. With LCD backlight display, real-time display of various voltage, current, temperature and other information on site.

6. Intelligent digital panel input makes setting query faster and easier to operate.

7. The signal cable is 0.3mm PVC wire.

9. Protection device: each circuit is in contact with gold-plated copper head and has an overcurrent protection device.

10. Memory device: The internal memory device of this machine adopts FLASH ROM design, and the memory storage capacity can reach 10 years.
