Instructions:
Motor cleaning: □ AC motor: disconnect the power supply. If the carbon brush is worn out and the sparks are serious, please replace it in time. Use a washing machine to inhale QR-148 for spray cleaning, and clean the inside of the motor and then air dry. If necessary, apply lubricating oil to the rotating parts such as bearings. □DC motor: disconnect the power supply, then use the above method to wash, and use it after it is fully dried. □Small motor: Do not disassemble the motor, soak it directly in QR-148, remove it after a few minutes, and let the air dry. Since the lubricating oil and bearing oil are also washed off at the same time, please apply grease.
Parts cleaning: soak the disassembled parts in QR-148 for a while, then take it out and let it dry naturally.
Cleaning of other electrical equipment and mechanical equipment: soaking and scrubbing can be used separately to clean, which can save chemicals. However, for those equipment that cannot use these two cleaning methods, the spray cleaning method is used, that is, the QR-148 is sprayed and cleaned with tools such as electric spray guns, hand-pressed spray cans or pneumatic spray guns, and even the parts that cannot be touched can be cleaned. . Precautions:
