Scope of application:
It is suitable for cleaning oil and stains on the surface of various metal parts by industrial and mining enterprises such as machinery manufacturing, machinery maintenance, and hardware processing. Manual scrubbing, soaking, ultrasonic and other methods can be used.
Instructions:
Use an aqueous solution with a concentration of 5-10% (that is, 10-50 kg of tap water per kg of QR-136 metal cleaner).
Generally used at room temperature, but the cleaning effect is better at 60～70℃.
For intermittent cleaning, immerse the workpiece in the solution for 5 minutes, then scrub or swing the workpiece, and then take the workpiece out to dry.
Various cleaning methods such as dipping, boiling, spraying, and ultrasonic can also be used according to the characteristics of the workpiece to be washed and the degree of oil pollution.
The cleaning fluid can be reused after use. If the cleaning ability decreases, just add an appropriate amount of QR-136.
